Their modus operandi -
1) Claims to be selling as a wholesale seller of catalogue suits
2) Will price products at 16-1700 vs 2400 retail
3) Will insist on buying at least 4 suits worth Rs. 6500+
4) Then they provide you with bank details to wire the money. Here is the bank detail -

If you search hard, you will find multiple users complaining of this.

5) Once they receive money, they will send you a package with arbitrary product (200 rs suit - 1 qty in our case instead of 4). This is key as even if you file a fraud complaint with bank (hard to do in wire transfer compared to credit card payment), they will look at Proof of Delivery provided by seller and usually favor in the seller's side.
6) Lady from their team uses Whatsapp - she will speak to you/do everything first but after receiving money, they will not even respond. She is still live on whatsapp but will complete ignore you

ReplyDeleteThey have ads posted on many online business sites and blogs with these numbers 9523539085/8454869722/7318919767/8828181779. They are frauds. THEY introduce themselves as Shweta from mumbai/ sarika from chattisgarh or mumbai and makes unbelievable offers of catalog dresses. She claims she is from malad west and is directly taking materials from supplier. This lady named SARIKA cheated me. I paid her 14000 plus for a catalog and got parcel of low quality and cheap products that too less in qty accounting to some 4000Rs. The ac details are Vector e commerce, the name of botique is lavender house, petals boutique. Has various names and email ids (lavenderhouseoffashion@gmail.com) and cell numbers. DONT GET CHEATED BEWARE OF HER. IF ANYONE KNOW THIS PERSON OR KNOWS HIS/ HER WHEREABOUTS PLS LET ME KNOW! And please crosscheck before you allow such advts or posts by people.They are cheating people of huge amounts. You should have some option to report such fraudsters advts as scam.

and I sent a buying query email to lavenderhouseoffashion@gmail.com, a lady by the name of Komal replied to my query & asked me to contact her on whatsapp/mobile# 7479334051.
There after exchanging & discussing to my requirements dt.July 18th, 2017 she offered me to sell 5 nos NIRVANA SAREES for Rs11350.00 including shipping to Faridabad to which I readily on mutual trust deposited the amount with IDBI current a/c# 2039102000000860 in the name of PURPLE FASHION based at Patliputra Patna branch, IFSC code # IBKL0002039 dt. July 19th, 2017 as bank details provided by them on my whatsapp#
The next day she provided me with DTDC courier tracking# K015822345 but to my dismay upon receiving the parcel it contained 5 nos/sets of cheap suit fabric material value less than Rs2000 which is of no use to me.
I repeatedly contact her but she is not answering to any of my phone calls or whatsapp messages but nevertheless her whatsapp# is still functional & in use.
Upon further investigating & google searching in regard to fraud/cheat case connecting to her email address & using various names, mobile# along with different company names, it came as a shock to see many complaints filed against her, she having cheated many people in the same modus operandi, booking orders & provide them with cheap dress materials.
